-Tracking number
- A tracking number will be available 5 to 10 days after a purchase, and it will be sent to you by email.
-What to do if the merchandise is damaged or defective upon delivery
- You are required to send a photographic image of the product defect, and the proof of purchase to this email address. (info@americaknowsbest.com).
- You will also have to return the item to us, and after analysis, we will inform you if your refund or exchange has been approved or not.
- If approved, we will reimburse you on your original method of payment.
- The fastest way to obtain an exchange is to order a new item at the store and return us the original item, unused and in its original packaging.

-Do you have a physical store?
- We do our business online and the merchandise is delivered by mail.
-How can I track my purchase?
- A tracking number will be available 5 to 10 business days after a purchase
-How long will it take for my merchandise to arrive?
- The merchandise is being process from different suppliers and locations.
- Due to high demand, it takes 21 to 45 days for delivery (5 to10 business days to prepare, 11 to 20 to ship, and the rest will depend on logistics and your location).
- At times, customers are pleasantly surprised with an expedited delivery. Please be patient, your purchase is on its way.
How can I cancel my order ?
- As stated above; it takes 5 to 10 days for our suppliers to prepare your order, then the shipping process will commence. You will only be able to cancel your order if they have not reached the shipping stage yet.
-What if I am not satisfied?
- We have a background in sales and services: making sure that our customers are happy is a priority ! If you have any concern, let us know.
- There is always a place for improvement, we value your time and business, we are certainly open to suggestions.
- We hope that shopping with us is a good experience.
-How do I get a refund?
- You have 15 days after delivery to request a refund or an exchange.
- You cannot request a refund just because you had a change of heart.
- You will be eligible for a refund or exchange if the merchandise has not arrived as described or was damaged upon delivery.
- A photographic proof of damage, the shipping label and proof of purchase will be required : no refund will be approved if you did not try to contact us first by email at info@americaknowsbest.com
- After analysis, we will inform you of our decision by email (if a refund is approved or not).
- If a refund or exchange is approved, you will be provided with a prepaid shipping label. With this in hand, you will be able to return the merchandise to us. After inspection, a refund (minus a restocking fee)will be applied to your original method of payment.
- Here is how to calculate the restocking fee($5 per item+ %10 of the item retail price).
-How can I return an item?
- You will be able to return an item to us if it is unused in its original package and state : the shipping label and proof of purchase will also be required.
- You have 15 days to initiate the return process (see section : how do I get a refund)
-Will you match the competitors prices?
- If you have bought an item at our store, it means that you have agreed to the terms & conditions, shipping times and prices listed on the store's website.
- Having said that ;we will try our best to stay competitive, and we are open to constructive criticism.
-How can I pay?
- You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, discover, Amex and PayPal
- Other means of payment could be added over time
-What measures did you take to prevent COVID-19?
- Our suppliers take vigorous measures to ensure public safety;before shipping to our customers, the merchandise is inspected.
- It is common practice to make sure that your item is safe, handled in sanitary conditions and performs as described by the manufacturer.
- We understand that we are living in uncertain times, but caring for our customers is high on our priority's list:without you, we are nothing.
- The tracking number states delivered, but my purchase did not arrive. - Or, I missed the delivery.
- We would recommend that you verify with everyone in your household and the neighbours. If you still did not get any result, please contact the shipping company to lunch an investigation and\or to make a claim.
-Who is responsible for Custom and Duty fees?
- Merchandises are being shipped from different Countries, States and Provinces : there can be cases where duties are required to be paid at custom, and as the buyer you are responsible to pay them. If you refuse or are unable to pay these duties, the postal services will most likely hold the merchandise and that is out of our hands.
