Once you have ordered an item on our website; a tracking number will be sent to you by email within 7 to 9 days.

It takes, depending on your location, 21 to 45 days for delivery! If your order arrives damaged or not as described: please contact us at info@americaknowsbest.com, so we can make it right. A photographic picture of the item and the proof of purchase will be required. After analysis, we will contact you to let you know about our decision. And if a refund is approved, we will refund your order on your original method of payment.
