Who is responsible for Custom and Duty fees?

• Customs duties may apply and customers are responsible to pay them.
• Merchandises are being shipped from different Countries, States and Provinces : there can be cases where duties are required to be paid at custom, and as the buyer you are responsible to pay them. If you refuse or are unable to pay these duties, the postal services will most likely hold the merchandise.
